What are your shipping and handling costs?
Customers receive free shipping and handling on all orders shipping to a commercial address within the contiguous 48 states.
What about international and export orders?

What about sales tax?
There are no sales tax charges on an order unless the product is shipped within Wisconsin, USA.
What happens after I order?
An order acknowledgment email is sent to confirm the bill of material (BOM), pricing and shipping information. Additionally, we will email an estimated ship date (ESD) once your order has been scheduled for production.
How can I track my order?

What is LPP’s cancellation and return policy?
Order cancellations are subject to a 50% restocking fee. If a customer wishes to return products that have already shipped, the customer is responsible for outbound and returning shipping charges. Upon receipt, returned products will be inspected for alternations and damages, and if Light Poles Plus considers the products acceptable for return, a 60% restocking fee will be charged to the customer.
What is LPP’s product warranty?
Our light pole and fixture products and accessories come with the industry’s standard warranty as listed below. For extended and other warranty options, please consult LPP Project Support at (888) 791-1463 or email service@lightpolesplus.com.
Light Poles: Guaranteed to be free of mechanical and workmanship defects under normal use in suitable locations for a period of one year from the order date and limited to material and workmanship of products supplied by Light Poles Plus. Products or components that have been subject to overloading, misuse, accident, improper installation or any alteration are not under warranty, and this warranty is limited to replacement of materials and workmanship determined by Light Poles Plus to be defective and does not include reimbursement for things like labor required for removal of equipment and/or re-installation costs. This warranty excludes light pole failure caused by harmonic vibration, oscillation or resonance associated with air currents around the product.
This warranty does not cover shipping damage. Products received in damaged cartons, boxes or protective wrapping must be examined immediately by the receiver, noted on the Bill of Lading (BOL) and signed for as damaged on the carrier's paperwork. The customer has five business days to notify Light Poles Plus of any issues regarding the received product, and Light Poles Plus reserves the right to have defective products returned for inspection. Light Poles Plus will provide instructions and a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) for service and/or return, repair or replacement of the defective product. Products returned without an RMA will not be accepted.
Light Fixtures: Guaranteed to be free of mechanical and electrical functional defects under normal use in suitable locations with rated electrical service limitations for a period of one year from the order date and limited to material and workmanship of products supplied by Light Poles Plus. This excludes the lamp provided by Light Poles Plus, which is under warranty for six months from the order date. Products or components that have been subject to misuse, accident, unauthorized or improper installation or any alteration are not under warranty, and this warranty is limited to replacement of materials and workmanship determined by Light Poles Plus to be defective and does not include reimbursement for things like labor required for removal of equipment and/or re-installation costs.
